Karn Pallav, b.1978, is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and a MBA(Power Management) graduate with more than 18 years of experience in the Strategic Regulatory Affairs in the entire value chain of the Indian Power Sector. He is currently employed as Associate Vice President in a Power Company at Kolkata, India. He is happily married to Nirupa Kumari, a professional optometrist and a budding poet & writer herself. He has 2 daughters aged Vani (12 years) and Vidhi (5 years).
His profession requires a great deal of study, analysis, interpretation of various Act, Rules, Regulations, orders, drafting, contesting, advocacy, etc.
In between his busy schedule, he tries to maintain a balance between workplace, relationships, health, wellness, spirituality, religion, continuous education, etc. His hobbies include singing, drawing, writing blogs & short stories.
His positive attitude towards life has been appreciated by his near and dear ones. Inspired by his wife’s writing habits and persuasion by his daughters, he has taken this first step towards sharing his learnings and thoughts through these blogs.
